October 2010 saw the opening of our newest Berghaus store at Broadmead, Bristol. The city centre based store is our fourth UK store and our first in the South West of England.

I bought a mens Mount Asgard hybrid jacket at your Bristol store on Wednesday. Shopping is never a pleasurable experience for me, but this was an exception, I was persuaded to buy a jacket that was way beyond my initial price target! The 2 sales assistants were very good, the (German) girl not over intrusive, and the chap (bespectacled) very knowledgeable and helpful – how nice to go into a shop and receive such good service. Furthermore, although I ordered after 4 p.m., the jacket, which had to be ordered online at the shop, arrived before midday yesterday – very impressive all round. I hope this message can be conveyed to the manager of the Bristol store and the 2 sales assistants involved! Keep up the good work.
I broke my 60 litre Bag while on an expedition in wales. I bought the bag over a year ago and went into the store hopping they could have a look at it and suggest ways to repair it.
When going in they instantly took the bag of me and sent it of for repair free of charge! I have so much respect for Berghaus. Great customer service!
