The Berghaus store was opened on the 1st September 2007 in the Gateshead MetroCentre, one of Europe’s largest shopping centres.
The store is situated in the Red Mall on the ground floor and carries the largest collection of Berghaus products anywhere in the UK which includes full clothing, rucsacs and footwear collections. If you can’t find it here you won’t find it anywhere.

The store was opened by Berghaus athletes Leo Houlding and Sir Chris Bonington who commented:
