I have purchased several pairs and they are great, the lacing up off the latest pair have changed but for the better.

We had a problem with a three year old pair of boots. You sorted it out & replaced them without quibble. Well done.

This is the second pair I have had they are light don’t require braking in like most. Very comfortable  and good grip for an around brilliant boot

Have used these boots for years with dog walking over fields, through woods, and pavements .  Warm, comfortable like a slipper from the beginning, reasonable grip in all conditions,  waterproof, good laces, and last well over 2k miles.  Only downside…….local cobblers can’t repair soles and heels, no idea why. Thoroughly recommend boots and very quick delivery.  In use within minutes.
