The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

First class delivery of a first class product
I ordered my new rain coat on Saturday morning and it was delivered on Sunday morning. First class! The coat has adjustable cuffs, the bottom hem of the coat and the hood . Meaning I was able to adjust it to my shape and liking. The only slight niggle is that when you zip it up quickly the inner strip of material ,that ensures it is rain proof , sometimes sticks in the zip. Overall a first class product. Excellent customer service too!
