The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Amazing coat
Absolutely love this coat, the colours, quality and fit. It is a mans coat but I had to have it and so glad I made this purchase. Great as a rain coat, wind or winter just add a fleece underneath for the colder days 😃

New Coat
My new coat is fabulous, I contacted Berghaus re issue over price of coat once the sale had started. Customer service was excellent and my concern was resolved. Best customer service I have ever witnessed.
