Berghaus, have given me great product knowledge on there different jackets with Excellent customer service !! The jacket arrived fully packed in a poly bag inside a small box within days. . The Lightweight Puffer Jacket is very warm & a nice cosy fitting, when it's worn on a cold winters day. It's zip pockets are good ,including one inside the lining for personal items. I purchased this Down Hoody late last winter and have begun using it again now as temperatures begin to drop. I've taken this to Norway Fjords, Trekking and hiking across the UK in places such as Highlands and Lake District. I have been exceptionally impressed with the performance! Not only is it very warm but also light and easily packable in a rucksack. The pocket design as a reversible stuff bag is very refreshing and prevents you from digging around in your rucksack, on the side of a mountain, for that stuff sack. Berghaus have lived up to their reputation and delivered a versatile high performing Down Hoody. Great piece of kit.
