I found the jacket to be very light but warm. It is made of two materials, mainly down  with a sort of elasticated side rib. At first I was concerned this would make it cold in the wind, but this was not the case. Hood fits snuggly despite no adjustment.

The coat I orderd has kept me warm and never let me down once beeghaus is best 

I’ve worn this over the last few weeks  out hiking in the Peak District (October weather). It’s extremely comfortable and traps the heat well. I highly recommend this jacket!
