The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Great quality.
I bought the same model  of this backpack about 7 years ago (looks like the front pocket is a bit smaller on this one). Using it daily for work and other activities. After 7 years the side pockets are a bit tired and the zip started to tear a bit but it’s still too functional to justify replacing it. Give it a wash every now and then and this pack will last annoyingly long.Â

My sister brought me this as a present a few years ago, it is a very good back pack. Well made and has many useful features. I take a laptop with me to work on a daily basis, and this has kept it safe on the daily train journey there and back. I would definitely recommend this for someone looking for backpack that will keep their laptop safe.
