The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Poor quality stiching
The glove material is fleecy and warm but the thread used for stiching or the stiches themselves are poor. I have had two pairs and both have suffered from split seams on the first usage. Fixable by resewing them myself but I wouldn't expect to have to do this.
