Excellent customer service
On reporting a leak with my current of berghaus boots I was quickly replied to and told they were not repairable, after only having them just over a year I was very disappointed.  However, whilst they couldn’t repair them they did provide me with a credit on my account to the value of my old pair!!!!! Fantastic customer service and the reason you get what you pay for! New boots received very quickly and are superb, wore them straight out of the box, no blisters!!!  Thank you Berghaus

Great boots
I’m very pleased with my new boots and am looking forward to wearing them. I have bought the same boots before and they gave me very good service, over ten years ! Hopefully these updated pair will be just as good. They fit well and seem to be the usual very good Berghaus qualityÂ

Explorer Trek GTX
I received these boots as a replacement for a 12 month old pair that, despite being gortex, swamped on their first wet weather outing. Berghaus did replace them with these alternate gortex boots which on their first weekend out of the box also let in water. Not acceptable for a brand new Gortex item. They are too getting returned and I'll be looking for another brand.

These are replacement boots for my previous 20 month old ones on which you kindly refunded my money as they had a split on the side of both boots which you were unable to repair. Â The new ones (slightly different boot) arrived very speedily and are very comfortable.

Brilliant boots
Really delighted with these boots. Look lovely and don’t look or feel clumpy like some walking boots do. Comfortable from the word go, nice enough to wear casually for walks in the country or visiting coffee shops after. Would definitely recommend.Â
