The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

although these are comfortable enough, they are not fit for purpose, twice water has soaked right through - I have only had them 9 months.

Although these are comfortable, they are not waterproof. Only had them about 9 months and twice water has soaked right through, making them uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. And yes I have looked after them properly.

Boots
The best boots I have ever worn very comfortable I went up half a size and they fit perfectly I tested them out as soon as received and they are just fabulous

Brilliant Boots!
This is the second pair I have bought (one pair for is for daily muddy dog walking ) and one for best (lol) , I have also bought my daughter a pair and my boyfriend bought the men's version. They are comfortable, lightweight, reliable and very waterproof. Definitely recommended. I wish they did them in black.

Excellent hiking boots
These boots are incredibly comfortable, with excellent grip and the fact that they are waterproof is a bonus! Would highly recommend getting these!

Amazing boots
I've had these for a couple weeks and have mostly used them to take my dog out for walks. We walk about 5km a day and so far they've been excellent. Kept my feet dry and warm and are super comfortable. I didn't have to break them in and I've had no blisters or any rubbing. They're lightweight and very easy to put on and take off - in stark contrast to my Timberlands, which are very stiff and difficult to get on and off. Bonus points: they make my feet look cute and small. All around winners!

Is a true fit and do...
Is a true fit and doesn't need breaking in.. The arch over the instep is very tight not allowing for thick socks. The original hillwalker had a far more fluid tongue so that you had the option of tightening it if needed. These do not allow that. Also, the sole is quite thin - half the thickness of the original hillwalker these are designed to duplicate.
