The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Great lightweight shell
Been using this waterproof for the last couple of weeks in Eryri, shake dry and very effective at keeping the rain out, I wear it over a base layer and mid layer and very impressed with it so far.
