The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Bought too soon
In the main I was happy with the coat that I bought, however, I wish I had waited a week and I would have made a substantial saving as it was put in the sale a few days after it arrived. I know it can be the luck of the draw, but I will be more patient in future. The goods were fine though and arrived as promised.
