The 4th September 2012 saw the climax of the GORE-TEX® Experience Tour Fan Dance project, which was supported by Berghaus.
Over the course of two days, 10 lucky winners were equipped with a vast range of skills that would not only help them navigate their way across the 23.5km Fan Dance route, but also enable them to survive in the wild. To give them the very best chance of completing the challenge, Berghaus kitted the team out from head to toe in Berghaus gear.
The aim for the team was to complete the route in under 4 hours, which is the time set for military recruits to finish in. Amazingly 5 of the winners came in in under 3 hours with all but one of the team finishing in less than 4 hours.
