We’ve been repairing kit since 1966 and our expert crew is on hand to stitch any rip or replace any zip, if they possibly can, as many times as you need them to.
The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Not breathable, get wet on the inside
Having worn the jacket now for 7 months I can confirm that it’s definitely not breathable. The interior feels slightly “ rubbery “ for want of a better word so if you’re walking and get hit the interior surface is wet from heat generated by the body. No internal lining to wick this so you end up wet but not from the rain itself.Â
