The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Good but unsure
I highly rated this jacket until I wore it during very bad weather whilst hiking up Helvellyn, Lake District. The pockets slightly filled up with water. The bottom of the jacket also seemed to become damp rather than waterproof which was strange. Everything else was alright and the weather was very bad but still it should me more durable than it seemed. I’ll trial it again in bad weather before making my mind up and contacting berghaus.
