The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, I think it was Aaron? Couldn't of been anymore helpful.. Not a fault but the jacket comes up big. I went a size down so it was slightly more fitted.

The colours are awes...
The colours are awesome. Very well made and keeps you bone dry in the pouring rain. Good extra features like cuffed sleeves, wire in hood and cover over zip. These are called unisex but they are made for men. Huge on top and tight on bottom, not made for hips, bums and thighs. I had to go up in size to Zip over my bum and the sleeves are at least 1/2 metre too long. Looks ridiculous!

Cool colours. Nice c...
Cool colours. Nice cut. Good hood. Wind proof.. Blue ties on zip should be sewn secure. for the cost, I would expect I to be warm or to come with a removable inside jacket for warmth. The sleeves area bit annoying as they catch on my gear stick. The pockets are ok for size and number, but a little bit annoying to get in and out of. The design could be improved there. Love the coat but it could be much improved considering the price.

vibrant colours and wind + rain proof, good size pockets. arms are a bit long for a female given it is unisex so I have to use the straps around the wrist to tighten the cuff, but the fit isnt that great on the arms because of this.
