The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Perfect jacket and delivery
The jacket works and looks perfect, size guide is accurate. The delivery was extremely quick and comfortable, it took less than 2 days.

New and blue!
I brought a similar jacket many years ago, I wore it everywhere , when cycling, running, walks, and, in all weathers, I miss that jacket,. This is my replacement and is even better, I’m proud to go out in my new blue waterproof, well fitted jacket. I particularly love the hood, it’s very roomy zip at the front is practical and goes up very high, making me feel cosy and protective. I love my new blue and jacket.Â
