The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Disappointed
I originally gave this jacket an excellent review after it kept me dry for the first 2 hours of rain. However after using the jacket occasionally over less than a year for about 10 hours maximum it wet through in patches after an hour of Norfolk drizzle. Even at a sale price a waterproof jacket that isn't waterproof for more than a few wet walks is a waste of money.

Let it rain
Very happy with this jacket, seems well made. It fits well, sleeves are nice and long, but most importantly it kept me dry in over 2 hours of Peak District rain.

Megan Waterproof Jacket
Love the jacket and the red colour. Marked it down due to sizing. My normal size was too tight across the bust and cut in under my armpits. Once I reordered in a larger size it was perfect.

Love the style, colour and fit. Â Definitely does was it says in bad weather. Â The fabric is only thin and layers are needed for warmth when wearing in colder weather .Â
