We’ve been repairing kit since 1966 and our expert crew is on hand to stitch any rip or replace any zip, if they possibly can, as many times as you need them to.
The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Best Berghaus yet
I have been buying Berghaus coats since I was 16 (20 odd years ago) from Polar tech Fleeces to the iconic Mera peaks. I purchased this coat in Black last Autumn and it is hands down the best Berghaus I have ever bought. Very warm and super light weight and to top it off the coats looks great, I get lots of compliments when wearing this coat. Well done berghaus 10 out of 10.

Warmest Coat EVER
This has to be the warmest coat i have ever had. In minus 2 weather i could not be warmer and the coat looks great to. Very happy with my investment

great service all round, delivery was really quick, purchased Saturday night, arrived Monday afternoon the jacket itself is perfect, looks great, feels great and does an amazing job, i did a test run on the coast in high winds with only a thin tee-shirt underneath and couldnt feel a thing, was lovely and warm as well Overall im very happy with the product and Berghaus for making it, thanks

The down jacket is very beautiful... a fashion/sport mix. The details are very accurate: feather "sausage" behind the zip that closes the jacket, on the right and left, with fabric and reinforcement stitching to prevent the fabric from being ruined due to snags with the zip. Thermal fabric, on the collar and inside the pockets, very comfortable. The only oddity is the colour... sometimes dark blue, sometimes black, optical effect?
