Made of mighty three-layer GORE-TEX, the gaiter wraps you from knee to sole in a waterproof seal not even sheeting rain or sodden ground can breach. A storm flap fastens over your boot while an adjustable drawcord below the knee ensures a secure yet snug fit. Product weight is 860g.

The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

A bit disappointed as the yetis didn't fit even tho were the right size.

None. Ridiculously ...
None. Ridiculously hard to get onto your boot, once on start to bend your boots. Mud seeps in through the bottom and cakes to the inside of your boot. Allows water in from the bottom. I wore for 3 days and the rubber has torn from the fabric. I called customer service and was told I may get a refund but theyÂ’re not sure. If I donÂ’t get a refund IÂ’ll be making lots of complaints till I do

Excellent piece of kit; does the job higher rating for size L but lower for size S due to problems with fit to the boot. Very difficult to fit to the boot, especially on smaller boot (boot size 36; Yetti S). Would be really helpful for manufacturer to provide boot profile/dimensions range v size of Yetti needed. Had to return XS Yetti and exchange for S. L Yetti fitted ok to size 41 boot. Also please provide guide to fitting or link to recommended guide. We finally found a good one on U-Tube done by someone in the British Armed Forces. Some leakage; please provide tips on sealing to boot sole.

They look well made....
They look well made. If the boot allowed a good seal around the rand then the gaiters should provide good waterproofing. I was unable to find the Pro model in the right size - production seems to be intermittent.. These gaiters simply do not fit all boots. My current Scarpa and Sportiva boots with the gaiter leave gaps between the curved boot and the stretched rand where water can pour in. The makers should list boots known to work well with the gaiters, as I think they used to. Others say the gaiters are hard to put on/off - I do not find this a problem, just requires the right method and some determination.

Once fitted properly...
Once fitted properly on the boots they are virtually bombproof however see improvement panel!. Fitting them to the boots is a monumental task which requires almost super human strength. I ended up taking them to the cobblers to be heated and fitted. Also the toggle on the top to tighten the gaiters is too fiddley. I have a pair used for many winters with no problem. Just one pull and is secured. Why have you changed it? It was ok as it was!
