We’ve been repairing kit since 1966 and our expert crew is on hand to stitch any rip or replace any zip, if they possibly can, as many times as you need them to.
The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

+Light for walking +no more pointy toes - so much improved. laces come undone easily 7( with double knot) Perhaps because they are new - I will have to tie them tighter until they wear in

The boots were comfo...
The boots were comfortable to walk in straight from the first wear. IÂ’ve already clocked up quite a few miles on my daily and weekend walks (lockdown). We live in the Peak District so can can confirm that these boots are waterproof, IÂ’ve tried them out in rain and puddles ;-) The toe is deep enough to accommodate my toes in thick socks, I bought size 7.5 (41). IÂ’m usually a 7 in Clarks for example. They donÂ’t make my size 7ish feet look huge, always a bonus. I feel supported round the ankles and the inner sole is thick & comfortable, meaning that I donÂ’t feel sharp stones or rocks when walking. The laces can be adjusted to make the boot fit around the top of the foot perfectly. The boots (grey) looks very smart, IÂ’ve noticed other walkers looking at them in passing.. The laces have a tendency to work a bit loose after a few miles. IÂ’d prefer different laces where the knot stays in place. (Even double knotting doesnÂ’t remedy this).
