The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Waterproof, windproo...
Waterproof, windproof and good for hikes that turn rainy! Good hood and zips/toggles for securing the hood/hands so you/re not readjusting or holding on in the wind. love the colour scheme and it's also a nice fit, not too frumpy!. This isn't necessarily for improvement just for info - I am a slight pear shape and bought the jacket in the size I would normally wear and it is snug round the hips - perfectly wearable but not much room for manoeuvre. If you were a more pronounced pear shape I would think about sizing up/trying on two sizes and sending one back!
