The bag fits perfectly, and is a great daysack. Good size, big pockets for bottles, hydration pocket internally. However it is let down by its waterproof cover, which lets water seep down and soak the bottom of the bag which soaks anything at the bottom. The biggest disappointment was the customer service when I emailed the above problem when I first used it out in the elements. Told to buy some waterproof spray for it.. when I've just bought it, a new product. Tried to highlight the issue but told to buy additional products or pay for postage to send the daysack for inspection. Most of all, just don't trust the bag on walks now, going to look at an aftermarket cover instead.

Great size and practical design

I’ve had lots of rucksacks and backpacks over the years, but this is one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m a big guy, but with the amount of adjustment on the straps this one fits really well. The waterproof cover and hydration pouch are well designed. Top product.. It doesn’t come with its own hydration bladder, but the pouch will fit most designs.

Good construction and well made.. Zip on side pockets bit stiff and could do with couple of open pockets to slip things in.

Comfortable to wear and a great size for family day trips and hikes.. The side pockets are a bit tricky to open - the zip doesn’t run round easily - but I haven’t found this too annoying.
