Have worn the jacket few times now and have noticed that in heavy rain you get that creep of water back up the cuffs that you get with most jackets but worryingly there is also a dampness at the top of my back that makes me think there is a leak somewhere around where the hood joins the body of the jacket. The jacket itself dries out quickly but could be doing with being as waterproof as the Deluge trousers.

The coat is just so mind blowing,it really lives up to its standards and anytime I can find water I’ll just pour some on my coat,because it’s fun Much appreciated Berghaus.

Worn this jacket today 2/8/2023 in a medium down pour and I can honestly say it is not water proof. My sleeves got wet and the hood leaked and the inside near the shoulders let water in. Maybe I have a faulty garment and I’d be happier to return it if berghaus would like to send me a replacement. I wish I could attach pictures because I’ve taken some of the inside of the jacket directly after getting to the car.

Easy wear but very effective coat.   Proved to be excellent in the rain and windy weathers.  Good colour and style  nice details.
