This is my second set of Berghaus walking boots. I’ve almost worn through the sole and heels of the first pair. I Bought these specifically for my daily walk. They are comfortable and look good. I haven’t yet tested them out in wet conditions (hence only four stars) but I’m hopeful that they will live up to their reputation!

The waterproof qualities of these boots were severely tested on a very wet long-weekend in North Wales and passed with flying colours. At the end of each day, my socks were dry while those of the rest of the group were definitely not! Although I am still wearing them in, the boots are comfortable and I am confident about using them on a forthcoming two week walking holiday.

The boots are very comfortable and I have had no problems wearing them in. They are also extremely waterproof. Very satisfied with my purchase.

after buying the trash being sold by so called top brands , in Europe with the spray on soles ,this boot is a refreshing change ,outstanding in all ways , the soles last well , the uppers are leakproof , the laces are long and do not slip undone ,sizes very good .Faultless ,will be buying more . ex quality control .

Berghaus boots are the only brand that generally fit me. The are fine, although are narrower than Baltra boots that I have previously bought.
