The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Excellent quality hoodie
This was a Birthday present for one of my Grandchildren, they were very happy with the hoodie. I ordered the wrong size initially but I returned it and reordered the correct size. Â Customer service was first class I was kept informed of every step of the process.
