The repair is free. We’ll ask you to pick up the cost of sending your gear into us, but the fix-up is on the house. Great news for your wallet and the outdoors.

Great purchase
I’m always nervous about buying new kit and even though I already have a pac-lite jacket I decided a new one would be worthwhile. I bought this model direct from Berghaus in their great 50% off sale.  I’ve worn it on two expeditions in the Welsh Borders and the Peak District.  My decision to buy it has been vindicated! It’s a fantastic wind proof and waterproof jacket and I highly recommend it.
