When I first brought this jacket I was very happy with it but after a week or so I must of warn it three times and the stitching on the hood had come loose and now there is a fist size hole in the hood no rips you can just see where the stitching has come undone

Great coat. Just what I wanted for the upcoming months. Great price. The quality of the coat is excellent. Such as an almost velvet like strip around the neck at the back. A great hood that shuts you in and the elements out. Really well made. Had a previous coat from another brand that cost almost twice as much. There is no comparison this is much better made. Dual entry front pockets. The service from Berghaus was excellent. Wasn’t expecting the coat till Monday as I ordered on Friday and the delivery details said next working day. Won’t be wearing just yet though as it is so toasty. As soon as I put it on I could tell straight away it was extremely well insulated. Look forward to wearing it when the temperature drops.
