Waterproof, use of quality zips, inner pocket, quality inner jacket, very warm, decent hood and fit, deep pockets will hold a folded OS map.. Poppers holding inner to outer at cuff not strong enough have to ease cuffs off, if you just pull your arm out it pulls the popper apart. Tie on inner rear of neck loop on show when just wearing inner.
