When the Silkworth down jacket arrived, I was not very impressed as it seemed thin for even the reduced price. Having worn it on several cold mornings I have changed my mind completely, it is very warm and obviously a case of high insulation with low bulk. In addition, a long dog walk on the beach in a gale and unexpected rain squall showed how waterproof the fabric is. Certainly worth 5 stars!

I ordered this jacket as my wife had bought a Blossom jacket a while back and I was impressed. Well I am equally impressed with the Silksworth jacket. Very light weight and very good insulation. Completely wind and shower proof with three good pockets and a strong reliable zip. Everything I need.

Jacket is very warm and waterproof…ideal for this time of year! Service and delivery was very quick, I would highly recommend Berghaus to anyone.
