Bag seems extremely well made with plenty of adjustability and options for hanging equipment from the outside. I've only taken this sport climbing so far but i'm able to pack away everything I need (rack, shoes, food, water, spare layer or two) and then have the helmet on the outside as well as my 70m rope. The hold down straps for the rope are really easy to use and you can still get into the top of the bag just about without taking the rope completely off. The helmet holder on the front also works very well and is easy to use. My only gripe is that the zip at the back of the bag needs to be longer to get anything meaningful out of the bag without going through the top, however if you pack the bag with that in mind then certain things will be easily accessible. (I understand why it's not longer due to keeping things waterproof) Interestingly when i went out with a group they had all the competitors bags that i'd looked at and I was pleased with my choice. Having the outside rope storage means you can actually use the bag for other things. By taking the foam pad out the back of the bag It can be compressed down and should be within airline restrictions for a free carry on (providing you don't put much in it)

Ordered in the sale and delivered quick. It’s exactly what I was looking for, an all round back pack with enough places to keep all my things dry during any showers. Can’t fault the quality, not used it to full potential yet, but will do on the West Highland Way later this year…. 

Bought this bag as I will be using it for a summer day bag on the hills. Haven't had it out yet but like the idea of the roll top and side access. It has a hydration hole and seems well made. Only downside is no ventilation system on the back so could cause some sweat building against your back.
