I used to go out with the biggest heaviest gym bag full of kick boxing kit. I replaced it with this small bag with just a skipping rope and hand grips and I couldn't be happier. I changed my exercise routine to mostly bodyweight calisthenics & don't need most of the kit every day. Although it's small I can fit in all the essentials I need.
