Everything about this back is great except for the bottle holders which fall apart. They are made with flimsy netting that easily tears leaving gaping holes for bottles to slip through. Have had bought 3 of these and each has failed the same way. Will be looking for a new brand.

I bought the same model  of this backpack about 7 years ago (looks like the front pocket is a bit smaller on this one). Using it daily for work and other activities. After 7 years the side pockets are a bit tired and the zip started to tear a bit but it’s still too functional to justify replacing it. Give it a wash every now and then and this pack will last annoyingly long. 

My sister brought me this as a present a few years ago, it is a very good back pack. Well made and has many useful features. I take a laptop with me to work on a daily basis, and this has kept it safe on the daily train journey there and back. I would definitely recommend this for someone looking for backpack that will keep their laptop safe.
