I received a defective jacket. The jacket's filling is visible on the outside of the fabric. I'm very upset

Wanted an in-between type coat for a long time and gave looked at many padded jackets. This one is ideal, it is very lightweight but extremely warm and windproof. Love the length and the fact that the bottom is loose and both pockets have full zips. I bought it in the black but may order the yellow if its still available at the absolute bargain sale price. Well done Berghaus, this is just what I was looking for!
