I am a 38 1/2 There seemed to be a wide gap in size between your UK 5 1/2 and UK 6 I purchased both online. Decided to focus on toe space rather than ankle fitting and got the size 6

4Removable insoles, allowed space for prescription orthotics.. All round laces have a tendency to slip undone. These look good but had to be replaced. I was forever retying them.
