Returns process

Purchased recently and the size wasn't right. Sent back through the returns process on the 19th August, this then took until 27th August to acknowledge receipt of the item. Today is 3rd September and still waiting for a refund. Online chat not available so emailed customer service (wait another 24 hours), only to then be asked for proof of postage, even though Berghaus acknowledged receipt. Currently still waiting in hope that this refund may one day be processed. From a company with a reputation for quality I would expect better from the customer service department.
