Returns process
2Purchased recently and the size wasn't right. Sent back through the returns process on the 19th August, this then took until 27th August to acknowledge receipt of the item. Today is 3rd September and still waiting for a refund. Online chat not available so emailed customer service (wait another 24 hours), only to then be asked for proof of postage, even though Berghaus acknowledged receipt. Currently still waiting in hope that this refund may one day be processed. From a company with a reputation for quality I would expect better from the customer service department.

I like that it is li...
4I like that it is lightweight but keeps you very warm and insulated. The pockets are a great size too.. I find the top half is a little tight, yet I have ordered the size that I know should fit me. I couldn't go up a size as the bottom half has plenty of room. Maybe a design option to put a wee bit more room over the bust and shoulders for women. Minor issue though! I love it

1. The sleeves are a ridiculous length! I have long arms, but they completely cover my hands! It is also very small for a size 16. I have worn Berghaus garments for over 30 years and I am very disappointed with this jacket. Shall be returning.
