5Best to get half a size bigger to accommodate thick socks. Slightly narrow in the toe area but you donÂ’t feel it once walking and half a size bigger. This cutting helps to secure the foot so that you donÂ’t get bruised toe nails when moving down slope. Very comfortable fit and the secure feel around the whole foot actually gives the foot strength and stability over rocks and when climbing..
